Redemption
This gift voucher is valid for the experience specified on the voucher only, being a 6-person wine tasting including grazing boards at Bowral Cellar Door (The Mill), unless otherwise stated.

Validity
This voucher is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. The issue date and expiry date are stated on the voucher.

Bookings Essential
Bookings are essential and subject to availability.
To redeem, please contact Bowral Cellar Door via the details provided on the voucher and quote the voucher reference number at the time of booking.

Presentation of Voucher
The voucher must be presented (digital or printed) at the time of redemption.

Additional Guests
If more than six (6) guests attend, additional guests may be accommodated subject to availability and will be invoiced separately at the prevailing rate, unless there has been an arrangement agreed between the purchaser of the gift voucher to cover additional guests. In this instance the purchaser will be invoiced to cover the addtional guests.

Transferability
This voucher is transferable but not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Partial Redemption
This voucher must be redeemed in one booking and cannot be partially redeemed.

Cancellations & Changes
Changes or cancellations must be made with reasonable notice. Failure to attend without notice may result in the voucher being forfeited.

Responsible Service of Alcohol
Bowral Cellar Door practices responsible service of alcohol. Service may be refused in accordance with RSA regulations.

Force Majeure
Bowral Cellar Door is not liable for cancellation or rescheduling due to circumstances beyond its control (including but not limited to weather events, venue closures, or government restrictions). In such cases, the voucher will remain valid for future use.

General
Bowral Cellar Door reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions where reasonably necessary. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
