Take a seat in our courtyard and savour a curated selection of Southern Highlands wines, each one showcasing the unique character of our cool-climate region.
Hosting a special event or staying locally? We also offer Private Wine Tasting Experiences for groups of six or more - brought directly to your accommodation, retreat, or venue. Bowral Cellar Door
Opening Hours: Thursday to Saturday 11am to 6pm and Sunday 11am to 5pm
Location: The Mill, 10a/210-224 Bong Bong Street, Bowral (Corner of Bong Bong and Bundaroo Streets)
Tasting Duration: Approximately 50 minutes
Choose Your Experience: 4 wines for $20 per person or 6 wines for $25
Grazing: Small tasting plates available to enjoy alongside your tasting
Our curated tasting menu includes:
Local sparkling wines
Crisp whites
Elegant rosés
A range of reds — from lighter-bodied to bold and structured
We also provide maps and insider tips on nearby wineries, breweries, distilleries, things to do and great places to dine - helping you plan the perfect day exploring the Southern Highlands.
Please note: as an outdoor venue, tastings are weather dependent.

How to Book a Tasting
Booking your tasting at Bowral Cellar Door is simple:

You’ll receive a confirmation — payment is made on the day of your visit
Because our tastings are held outdoors and are weather dependent, we kindly ask you to check the forecast before your booking. If it is raining we may have to reschedule your tasting.
Bowral's weather can be quite chilly, especially during outdoor tastings. While we provide blankets to keep you comfortable,w e recommend checking the latest weather forecast and dressing in layers for comfort. A warm coat and cosy scarf never go astray!
